I havent been keeping track of my gameplay of late, and neither has gDNA, not for months in fact. I thought I would throw in a quick summary of my activities over the past month as I have been gaming but havent been vocal about it.
Games played are:
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
I got back into this because my wife found a decent guild so I took it upon myself to level my pally from seventy-something to 80 and start acquiring better gear from random heroics. I do not play every night but I get in a frosty run whenever I remember to do so. My gearscore is twice what it was a month ago.
Crackdown 2 (360) @Wastelander75
had some bad things to say about this game in another thread but I found it no more or less enjoyable than the original. Although I only played it for a few hours I enjoyed the hell out of running down mutants in the many cars provided ingame. Jumping from rooftop to rooftop still has its fun and the city has changed enough (think Saints Row 2) that it feels new-ish, I will rent this again, definitely.
Fallout 3 (360)
I love this game, and I have 90 plus hours logged to prove it. I picked it back up a week or so ago and managed to get the main couple of endings, but ran into some unintended consequences like a super mutant companion mowing down a vampire settlement. Oops! Oh well there is plenty to explore since I have all DLC and none of it even remotely explored. Looks like another fifty hours for me. That'll keep me busy til New Vegas!
Modern Warfare 2 (360)
I throw this in from time to time anymore just for the purpose of justifying the fact that I bought both DLC packs and spent the ten bucks to finally buy the thing. Still fun, still full of shithead punks of all ages. but they are the most fun to frag.
Alan Wake (360)
There was a time when I thought I would never get to play this game. Not that I couldn't but that I wondered if I had enough interest in it to put in the time. Well I did so. Just enough to get a feel for it. It is like playing someone's nightmare that they have unknowingly written but are not aware of any plotdetails before they are encountered. A brilliant concept. The mechanic of stunning enemies with the flashlight and shooting them reminds me a bit of Ghostbusters or Luigi's Mansion, but it gets the job done. This is another I would like to finish sometime in the future when I am not trying to complete games I actually own.
That about covers it. Feel free to comment, but the site being nearly dead my hopes are not too high. I just wanted tp put something out there before Crispy pulls the plug on this thing. Thanks for the memories guys, I will still be around and am migrating to gamerztech.com as well. Good gaming!
